How It Works
Joining and thriving as a Guide with Glympz is a straightforward and rewarding journey. To start, simply sign up using the link below and complete your profile. You then have full control to set your availability for hosting Voyagers. Once your profile is active, you’ll receive requests from Voyagers keen on shadowing you. During each Glympz experience, you’ll share your daily professional activities, insights, and knowledge.
Compensation is a key part of being a Guide. It starts at 25 percent of your daily earnings, increasing by 5 percent after every five Glympz experiences, capping at 50 percent. As a special promotion, all new Guides currently begin at the 50 percent threshold. Plus, our referral program adds a 2.5 percent bonus for every 10 referrals.

To ensure experienced professionals guide our Voyagers, the only requirement is at least one year of employment with your current employer.
It’s entirely up to you! You have the flexibility to host as many or as few Glympz experiences as you wish, according to your own schedule.
Glympz experiences usually last between 4 and 8 hours. However, the duration can be adjusted based on specific circumstances.
No, there’s no need for special planning. The goal is to provide Voyagers with a genuine view of your typical workday to give them an authentic insight into your career.
Compensation is distributed bi-weekly either through a check or direct deposit. Guides are paid as independent contractors.
You start earning 25% of your daily earnings for each Glympz experience, increasing by 5% after every five experiences, up to a maximum of 50%.
Absolutely! For every referral that signs up and hosts a Glympz experience, both you and your referral will receive a $50 bonus, and you’ll also get a 2.5% increase in your earnings.
Yes, you have full control over accepting or declining requests from Voyagers based on their profiles and your areas of expertise.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible. Our platform offers easy rescheduling options for both Guides and Voyagers.
