In a world full of confusing career choices, our mission at Glympz is to guide young people as they stand at the crossroads of major life decisions. We know these decisions are heavy – 75% of high school students are unsure about what career path to take, and the choices don’t get any easier after graduation. About 30% of college students change their major at least once, and surprisingly, 73% of graduates end up in jobs that don’t relate to their degree. Even those who don’t go to college often switch careers, trying to find the right one.

At Glympz, we’re changing this. We give people, whom we call Voyagers, a special look – a ‘Glympz’ – into their possible future careers. We connect these Voyagers with our Guides, experienced professionals, for job shadowing opportunities. A Glympz experience is more than just watching someone at work; it’s a deep dive, full of insights, giving a real feel of different careers.
